Welcome to PottMenu. PottMenu exists to give every harvest a digital identity. Through Verified Grower Profiles and Harvest Cards, PottMenu enables licensed cultivators to introduce upcoming harvests, consumers to discover and follow those harvests, and dispensaries, budtenders, and retail teams to share Harvest Cards throughout the supply chain.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PottMenu website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or otherwise using PottMenu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

01 — Our Mission

PottMenu is built on a simple belief:

Every harvest deserves a digital identity.

Our mission is to improve transparency, provenance, and discovery throughout the regulated cannabis industry by giving every harvest a Harvest Card.

Rather than existing only while inventory is available, a Harvest Card is intended to preserve the identity, provenance, and history of a harvest throughout its lifecycle.

PottMenu is an information and identity platform. We do not cultivate, manufacture, distribute, sell, broker, or deliver cannabis products.

02 — The PottMenu Platform

Each harvest receives one Harvest Card.

A Harvest Card serves as the digital home for a single harvest and may be shared by growers, dispensaries, budtenders, and consumers throughout the supply chain.

A Harvest Card may include information such as:

• Harvest name and cultivar
• Grower identity
• Cultivation photographs and updates
• Harvest timeline
• Availability at participating dispensaries
• Consumer subscriptions and harvest notifications

Consumers may subscribe to Harvest Cards to receive updates and notifications when a harvest becomes available.

Harvest Cards are intended to preserve the identity and provenance of a harvest while making it easier for consumers to discover, follow, and learn about the products they choose.

03 — Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply.

“Harvest Card”
A Harvest Card is the digital identity for a single harvest published on PottMenu. Each harvest receives one Harvest Card, which serves as the primary record for information related to that harvest throughout its lifecycle.

“Verified Grower”
A Verified Grower is a licensed cultivator or cultivation business that has successfully completed PottMenu’s verification process and has been approved to publish Harvest Cards.

“Grower Profile”
A Grower Profile represents a verified cultivator or cultivation business on PottMenu and serves as the long-term identity for that grower.

“Consumer Profile”
A Consumer Profile represents an individual user who discovers growers, follows Harvest Cards, subscribes to harvest notifications, and participates in the Platform.

“Harvest Subscription”
A Harvest Subscription is a user’s request to receive notifications and updates regarding a specific Harvest Card.

“Posts”
Posts are general updates published by Growers that are not associated with a specific Harvest Card.

“Platform”
The PottMenu website, mobile applications, software, APIs, and related services provided by PottMenu.

“Content”
Any text, photographs, videos, cultivation updates, Harvest Cards, Posts, comments, messages, profile information, or other material made available through the Platform.
