Community Standards
Last updated July 2026
PottMenu connects licensed growers, dispensaries, and consumers around real harvests. These standards exist to keep that connection honest — every Harvest Card should represent a real, verifiably-grown product from a real licensed grower.
1. Be who you say you are
- Grower accounts must reflect a real, licensed cultivation business.
- Do not create a Harvest Card for a harvest you did not grow or do not have rights to represent.
- Do not impersonate another grower, dispensary, or PottMenu staff.
2. Describe harvests honestly
- Cultivar names, harvest windows, and cultivation methods (indoor/outdoor, living soil, etc.) should be accurate.
- Do not use lab results, potency claims, or health claims that haven’t been substantiated.
- Update or remove a Harvest Card if a harvest is delayed, canceled, or sold out.
3. No direct sales or shipping on the Platform
PottMenu is a discovery and identity layer, not a storefront. Do not use Harvest Cards, messages, or profiles to arrange direct sales, shipping, or delivery of cannabis outside of a licensed dispensary transaction.
4. Respect the community
- No harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other users.
- No spam, bulk-follow abuse, or manipulation of “People Waiting” counts.
- No content that targets or appeals to minors.
5. Enforcement
Violations of these standards may result in content removal, loss of Verified Grower status, or account suspension, depending on severity. Growers whose license lapses or is revoked will have their Verified status removed in accordance with our Verified Grower Policy.
6. Reporting a concern
If you see a Harvest Card or profile that appears to violate these standards, report it to support@pottmenu.com.
