This Privacy Policy describes how PottMenu, Inc. (“PottMenu,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (the “Platform”).

1. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, and, for growers, license and business information submitted for verification.

Usage information. Harvest Cards you follow, notification preferences, and general interaction with the Platform.

Device and location information. Approximate location (such as city or region) used to show nearby dispensaries and growers, and standard device/browser information collected automatically.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21 years of age.

2. How we use information

To operate and improve the Platform
To verify grower licenses against public state licensing data
To send notifications you’ve opted into (such as harvest availability)
To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our policies
To comply with legal obligations

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share cannabis-purchase history with third parties for advertising, because PottMenu does not process cannabis purchases in the first place — those transactions happen directly with licensed retailers.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as hosting and email delivery), with state licensing authorities where required for verification, and when required by law. Grower Harvest Card content (cultivar, harvest window, license status) is public by design, since it is meant to be shared across the supply chain.

5. Your choices

You can update your account information, adjust notification preferences, or request deletion of your account by contacting support@pottmenu.com.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
