Last updated July 6, 2026
Welcome to PottMenu. Trust is fundamental to everything we build. PottMenu exists to give every harvest a digital identity while helping growers, consumers, dispensaries, and retail teams connect through Harvest Cards. Protecting the information entrusted to us is an important part of that mission.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have while using the PottMenu website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Consumers control their participation. Consumers choose which growers and Harvest Cards to follow, which notifications to receive, and what information appears on their profiles.
We do not sell your personal information. PottMenu does not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Transparency matters. We believe users should understand what information we collect and why we collect it.
